The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched an exciting new scheme for corporate office plots, providing a golden opportunity for businesses looking to establish a strategic presence along the Yamuna Expressway.

- Number of Plots: A total of 45 plots are available under this scheme.
- E-Auction: The allotment of these plots will be conducted via an e-auction, ensuring a transparent and competitive process.

- Opening Date: July 11, 2024 (05:00 PM)
- Closing Date: August 9, 2024 (05:00 PM)
- Display of Qualified/Disqualified Bidders:August 30, 2024 (05:00 PM)
- E-Auction Date: September 6, 2024 (11:00 AM to 02:00 PM)

Note:
1. Consortiums of any kind are not allowed.
2. Proposed entities are not allowed.
3. Individuals, proprietors, and limited liability partnership firms (LLPs) are not allowed.
4. Only one plot will be allotted per eligible entity under the scheme.
Financial Details-
- Brochure Cost: INR 5500/- + GST
- Processing Fee: Non-refundable/non-adjustable processing fee of INR 25,000/- + GST.
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 10% of the total premium of the plot for which the application is submitted.
- Allotment Money: 30% of the total bid amount after adjusting 10% EMD, payable within 60 days of the issuance of the allotment letter.
- Option to pay the full bid amount within 60 days for a 2% rebate on the total premium.
- Failure to pay the allotment money within the stipulated period will result in the cancellation of the allotment and forfeiture of the EMD.
- Installment Payment: 70% of the bid amount to be paid in six equal half-yearly installments with an interest rate of 10% per annum.
Lease Terms and Additional Charges-
- Lease Period: 90 years from the date of execution of the lease deed.
- Location Charges: Additional charges for plots facing green belts/parks, corner locations, and plots on 30-meter or wider roads, up to a maximum of 15% of the total premium.
- Possession: Lease deed execution after payment of 30% of the premium and one-year lease rent. Physical possession deemed from the date of lease deed execution.
- No Amalgamation/Sub-division: Not allowed for allotted plots.
- Development Norms: Adherence to YEIDA's building regulations at the time of allotment.
